Clean the drum.

Hold down the TEST PRINT button to rotate the drum until

the paper clamp closes.

Use an alcohol-dampened wipe to clean the drum. Press the

TEST PRINT or CLEAN PRINT HEAD buttons to rotate the

drum. Clean the drum only when it is not moving. Be sure to

clean the entire drum.

If wiping the drum by hand does not remove the ink, go to
